Qazi has overall 36 years experience in the fields of HR, Industrial Engineering, Procurement, Plant Administration, Industrial Relations, Project Management and QMS with a Multi National Organization having affiliation with General Tire International USA & Continental Tires Germany.

He is amongst the Pioneers in Job Analysis in Pakistan with hands on experience in conducting Job Analysis, developing Job Descriptions, carrying out Job Ratings and determining Job Classifications for hundreds of Hourly and Salaried Jobs. These required months of data collection/interviews with workers and management staff.

Qazi has served as General Manager, HR in which capacity he was responsible for all HR functions in addition to Managing Industrial Relations, the Plant Union and the Administration Department.

Qazi has been involved in the improvement of courses for IBA as well as Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi.

He has been a speaker at various Training Forums like Petroman, Institute of Engineers Pakistan, Asian Productivity Institute, and PAF KIET Karachi. He has obtained Work Study Qualifications from Institute of Industrial Engineers, USA as well as Process Improvement Training from General Tire International, USA.
